Encanto Riviera Aparthotel Playa del Carmen, Playa del Carmen

Unfortunately, my recent stay was quite disappointing compared to the last time I was here. While the room was clean and cool, the overall experience was marred by inappropriate behavior I encountered at the pool. I expected a much better environment for relaxation and enjoyment. It’s disheartening, as my previous visit was great, and I really hope they work on improving these issues.

I had a pleasant stay at Encanto Riviera Condo, which boasts a great location close to Walmart and just a short walk from the beach. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern furnishings and a useful balcony. However, I found the kitchen amenities a bit limited, and while the pool area was nice, it felt a bit more like an oversized hot tub than a proper swimming pool. Overall, it’s a great value for the money, especially considering the proximity to the ADO bus depot for easy airport access.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and nightlife. The apartment I stayed in was spacious and clean, which I appreciated. However, we faced some significant issues with the reception staff's attitude, and the pool did not live up to expectations based on the website. Overall, it was a decent spot, but next time I would consider other options.

My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the location was fantastic, right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, making it easy to explore. On the other hand, the room allocation process was frustrating, and the staff at reception were not very accommodating. The overall comfort of the room was decent, but there were some issues with cleanliness and noise. Despite this, I appreciated the warm welcome at check-in, which made a difference in my experience.
